Nancy M. Elofson Memorial Adult Day Care Fund

The fund was established as a tribute to Mrs. Elofson for her long time support for the agency and seniors in the community.  The Nancy M. Elofson Memorial Adult Day Care Fund will provide financial assistance for older adults with Alzheimer’s Disease and other memory loss that are in need of attending the Present Center in Jamestown.  These funds will help seniors who are unable to afford the full cost of the program be able to obtain a much needed service.
